Marian Longenecker Beaman, formerly of Elizabethtown, taught English at Lancaster Mennonite School for several years. An author and blogger, Marian's new memoir Mennonite Daughter: The Story of a Plain Girl, records the charms and challenges of growing up in the strict culture of the Lancaster Mennonite Conference in the 1950s.
We had so much fun painting DRAGONS together, now we're going to paint other monsters. Participants will get to choose one of 6 "monsters" to paint in whatever style they want. Paint supplies and refreshments provided.
